This performance, is nearly a half century old.  But, it's still fabulous.  Cannonball Adderley and his quintet, with the Joe Zawinul penned composition, "Mercy, Mercy, Mercy".  The performance, is from 1966, and the band lineup is:

Yours truly, has been covering this song.  I am the guitarist, for a horn driven band called I94 Express, and we have this tune, in our repertoire.  Great song.
