Jimi Hendrix recorded Bob Dylan's great tune "All Along The Watchtower" today, (January 21st) back in 1968. Here is a live cut of the tune as played by Jeff Healey and Pat Rush at a venue called Grossman's Tavern in 1994. There's a "Layla" tease in there, too. This is a good one! Rest In Peace, Jimi Hendrix... and, Rest In Peace, Jeff Healey, who passed away in 2008.
