We fondly remember, Minnesota jazz legend, vocalist, Debbie Duncan, based in Minneapolis, who has died at age 69 after a series of strokes. She was originally from Memphis, Tennessee, and raised in Detroit, Michigan. Her life, and career are quite the story.
