Dirty Dozen Brass Band “What’s Going On?”

The legendary Dirty Dozen Brass Band from New Orleans, Louisiana, reinterprets Marvin Gaye’s poignant, classic tune “What’s Going On?” in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and rebuilding The Big Easy.  This is a live performance in Germany in 2008.  It is based on a 2006 album which is a track by track remake of the Marvin Gaye record from 1971, by the same name that is a major part of the canon of American music.
