Paying tribute to the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the late Gregg Allman wrote a song, after his assassination, entitled "God Rest His Soul". Two performances of it, are featured here, both by bands that Gregg and Duane Allman were a part of, before forming what would become the Allman Brothers Band. Those groups were The Hourglass, and the 31st of February.
