This week, marks the anniversary of the founding of one of the greatest American rock and roll bands, and one that is renown around the world. The Lil' Ol' Band from Texas, ZZ Top. Yours truly had a chance to see them play a gig atg Grand Casino Hinckley's amphitheater in Hinckley, Minnesota, back in 2005. One of those all-time shows I will remember forever.
