We remember fondly, a man who was one part of the Tower of Power rhythm section, and who made it as potent as it was and still is. ToP bassist, Rocco Prestia, has passed away at age 69. He was one of the architects of their inimitable groove on songs such as “Don’t Change Horses In The Middle of A Stream”, “You’re Still A Young Man”, and “What Is Hip”. Rest In Peace, Rocco. You will be missed.
