Joe Farrell "Canned Funk"

Open a can of... funk?  Yeah, baby!  Check out Joe Farrell's "Canned Funk".  This is the title track for the album of the same name, and it's groovy!  Recorded for CTI Records, in 1975.  The band is a quintet, featuring:

Joe Farrell: tenor saxophone, soprano saxophone, flute
Herb Bushler: bass
Joe Beck: guitar
Jim Madison: drums
Ray Mantilla: congas, percussion

    Found a new video version of "Canned Funk". Hopefully, it stays on YouTube for a while. This is a cool song!
