Legendary tenor saxophonist Pee Wee Ellis who played with Maceo Parker, Ginger Baker, and others, plays his composition “Blue Bell Pepper”. I’ve never eaten a blue bell pepper. I don’t think they exist unlike those that are red, green, yellow, or orange. But after hearing this tune, I would definitely try one.
